Best TV ever for under 3k
Beautiful as expected. The colors are amazing. I would recommend your viewing distance be at least 10 feet unless you like to sit in the front row of the movie theater. 10-12 feet is perfect. Now with this TV my DVD player needs an upgrade to maximize the TVs' potential. My laptop hooked right into it with an HDMI. Surfing the web on a 58" screen is fun. The TV menu and setup are really easy. The white glove delivery from Ceva was exactly as described. They carried it down the stairs and set it up in the basement and made sure it worked before leaving. My only small nitpick is that I read the product description to say the TV comes with a swivel base. It does not but it's not overly difficult to turn it slightly on the stand.

Breathless
Just viewed this TV at our Christmas party. It's the the equivelant of video "shock and awe." The picture is so good it is absurd.

I call this the most ridiculous electronic equipment ever made. This is really over the edge, and way too perfect for such a low price. No glare, no burn in problems, no blurred motion etc. This makes LCD look lackluster, in that the colors are so real.

Great Product!
My family loves it. The picture is amazing, right out of the box. I think it is the best you can get for the money. The color accuracy is great! The picture is good even at a wide viewing angle. We have no problem with glare. (It sits opposite the picture window in our living room.)

The built in sound is clear, and loud enough for me.

The White Glove delivery, via CEVA, went well. They contacted me in advance and arranged a 5 hour window which they held to. However, they only had one guy, so I helped him lift it onto the stand, and then onto my TV stand. He said that very few are damaged by shipping or show up dead on arrival.

I almost bought a Blu-ray player, but someone recommended a Playstation 3 instead. That worked out great. The PS3 built in Blu-ray player is a good one, plus it has a built in wireless internet connector. I am not a big console game player, but I now have it available for visitors.

Buy an inexpensive HDMI cable.

I am very happy with my purchase!

Great TV ...worth every dollar!!!~
Me and my boyfriend purchased this TV recently and it is totally worth every buck. We absolutely LOVE it! We went on CNET.COM to review all the recent picks for this year and this TV got the greatest review for its size and quality within an affordable price range. We chose the 58 inch instead of the 50 inch because bigger is always better and the quality of the image was not compromised at all even though the reviews were made on the 50in model. It's definitely a great buy.

Thank you Mr. Bezos and Amazon for your great service
You can research the TV Sets, any other electronics or any other other product for that matter by going to relevant sites like Cnet, Consumer Reports, etc. I base my decision to shop at Amazon is simply this: I trust Amazon like I do Walmart,Costco,Sears, and many of my local merchants. I will even buy a product from Amazon when it is slightly at a higher price because of this reason. Buy the way in case you are wondering 58" Panny is simply great which I knew before I placed the order. If you watch any amount of Sports and Movies buy a plasma like this one made by Panasonic. You will be very satisfied for years to come.
